Nolensville Barbell classes will be offered only as a program. Conditioning will be offered in this program but only as low intensity work capacity. The focal point of the barbell class is Instruction on the four basic barbell movements of the Back Squat, Shoulder Press, Dead-lift, and Bench Press as well as the Olypic lifts, Snatch & Clean & Jerk. These six movements along with complimentary accessory work will help an individual to increase physical strength. This program will follow a simple and progressive linear program
